Gallegos Group – Shipping and Return Policy

  1. SHIPPING POLICY
    You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
    We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the most economical shipping method available or if you prefer, an expedited shipping method is offered. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination and shipping method selected.

BATF
All BATF regulations apply – Firearms will only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers only after authentication of valid Federal Firearms License and expiration date.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

    Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange (excluding firearms and ammunition). Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited 75% of the full amount (excluding shipping charges and tax) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of package. Sales Tax will not be refunded.

Firearms
All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure your purchase is in the best possible condition when being shipped from our facility. If you are purchasing a new firearm, we guarantee it is in the same condition we received it from the factory or our distributors. If it is a pre-owned or transferred item, all reasonable attempts to keep the pristine condition of the firearm will be made. ABQ GUNS is not responsible for un-noticed or un-realized conditional defects, attachments, or components.
-return of firearms is allowed only for store credit
-purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs or fees
-all returned firearms must be accompanied by a valid verified FFL license and shipped by an approved FFL agent
-if a return of a firearm does not have the proper documentation, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the error, if we cannot come to terms
In case following conditions are not met ABQ GUNS reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
– items and packaging must be received in new resealable condition
– the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
– packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
– package must include complete and current contact information
Before returning package you need to contact ABQ GUNS to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail info@ABQGUNS.com
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so if the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please <a href=’contact.php’>contact us</a> for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 7 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less sales tax and a 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. Sales Tax will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please <a href=’contact.php’>contact us</a> for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 7 business days of the purchase of the product. Cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Sales Tax will not be refunded.

NICS DENY:
If for any reason the customer does not pass the FBI NICS background check, the customer has the option to appeal or challenge the ruling by the FBI NICS background check or to surrender the firearm to ABQ GUNS and incur a 50% restocking/return fee. Sales Tax will not be refunded.

APPEAL:
ABQ GUNS is committed to customer service and during the appeal process, ABQ GUNS will store the firearm(s) for up to six months (grace period) without additional charges. After the six-month grace period a fee of $50 per firearm will be assessed per month for up to one year of storage including the grace period. If the firearm is not recovered after the one-year period including the six-month grace period, the firearm will be considered abandoned and resold by ABQ GUNS to recover the storage costs. Additional storage time of the firearms may be extended by paying the storage fees incurred.

STORAGE:
ABQ GUNS requires a storage agreement form be signed prior to the item(s) being accepted into storage. ABQ GUNS’ charges a fee of $50 per item per month and will only store the firearms for up to 120 days unless other arrangements are made with the owner. ABQ GUNS will take the care to safely secure the firearms the same manner as all firearms in our possession, but ABQ GUNS is not responsible in case of theft or catastrophic incidents to stored firearms.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

<b>NOTE:</b> We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
